My FIERCE Future is an event with the goal of educating young high achieving girls on the advantages and career opportunities in STEAM (we include the Arts).  It is imperative that young women become an integral part of how future generations live.  Currently, women represent 50% of the American population but only 24% of the STEM workforce. The goal is to inspire females who will become equivalents of Mark Zuckerburg and to expose young women to outstanding leaders that are currently shaping our future and making history through their professions.
